We are thrilled to announce that VentureSouth portfolio company, Atlas Organics, will be holding a grand opening event at Twin Chimneys Landfill, located at 11075 Augusta Road, Honea Path, South Carolina, on June 14th at 9:30am.
The public is invited to attend the event, which will include a brief presentation by Atlas about the compost facility’s history, operations, and their partnership with Greenville County.
Atlas Organics recycles food waste and green waste, turning it into a valuable soil amendment to promote sustainable agriculture and landscaping. The opening of this landfill is a huge milestone for Atlas Organics, and we hope to see everyone there to celebrate this accomplishment!
